A friend of mine gave me some wild, skinless, boneless goose breast meat. Has anyone ever smoked goose meat before? Any ideas?[p]Thanks

    RayS, I have overcooked goose more than once. I'd try bining it. Since I don't know the weight I can't advise as how to cook.... I'm a big help, aren't I? JCA Just don't overcook it!
