For over 35 years I have been the one who cooks the familys holiday turkeys. I do them in the oven using a variation of my mothers stuffing/dressing. Sage, sausage onion etc. The stuffing in the turkey always turns out to be everyones favorite compared to the extra that I cook in a casserole.[p]I would like to try a stuffed turkey on my med BGE. I have done one not stuffed and it came out great. What type of adjustments do I have to make for about a 12-14 bird, stuffed? Time temp etc.?[p]Thanks,[p]Big Ed
