    "BUY ONE YOURSELF"
Vary confused. I have 2 Eggs.
There were three of us in the shop.
One retired the end of June, taking a third of our work force away.
The other took two weeks vacation in July.
I will be very happy when the NUG (New Useless Guy) gets in the shop and up to speed so I can go home and cook. (And rest)
I worked 155 hours of overtime in July.

In our case, NUG is almost always correct.
    Required training includes:
    . Inspection authorization on the MD-88, B-737, B-757, B-767, B-777
. Preflight qualification on two of the above.
    . Borescope qualification in the JT8-15, CFM56, PW2500, CF6, PW2037, T4000, RB211, JT8-219 (Engines used on the above.)
. Non-destructive Testing qualifications in: Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, Fluorescent Penetrate, and Magnetic Particle inspection techniques. (takes about a year)
