Our inaugural roast on a new BGE. 4 hours at 200, rest, then 15 mins at 550. Outstanding

First time for this BGE, bought it for my brother, I have used one for years, we had a Komado my father bought in the 60's, sadly it was taken out by a bear a few years ago, finally replaced it this year. I live in Arizona and have a 1996 version
