Salmon with Pan Asian Sauce

Did some salmon fillets last night for dinner and topped them off with a pan asian sauce ala Bonefish Grill. The best salmon I have ever made. The sauce really gave it a nice flavor. Added some grilled romaine and corn for a nice friday night meal. B)

Here is the sauce recipe:
1/4 cup EVOO
1/4 cup minced ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 cup oyster sauce
3 TBS lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
3 TBS chopped cilantro

In a medium sauce pan saute the ginger in the EVOO until fragrant. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, ketchup, oyster sauce, lemon juice, water and add to the sauce pan. Bring to a slow boil then slowly add the sugar over a low heat for about 5 minutes.....stir! Add hot water to thin if desired.
