Pulled Beef?

I picked up a nice lean chuck roast today and am wanting pulled beef. Roast weighs right at 4lbs., need times, temps, to wrap or not wrap. I'm assuming indirect. Thanks in advance.[p]CWM

  • gfw, I checked out your website as usuall before trying something new. Did you use any wood chunks like hickory, apple, ect. That was my only question on your cook.[p]CWM

    Car Wash Mike, it's been a while, but usually when I make ribs I throw some wet JD chips in at the start - probably did it that time too.[p]
