Last nights pork chops

Used JH Pecan rub on some pork chops for my wife and myself last night. Ended up gnawing on the bones(gotta make sure no meat is wasted). Started @600 direct for about 2min each side then brought Egg down to 400 for about 3min each side and pulled at 145. Couln't sit still and eat them. JH Pecan is my new favorite rub for pork chops. Sorry no pictures(they didn't last that long).

    Those sound great. I did some pork chops on Sunday. Just grilled with salt and pepper until almost done then glazed them with a mix of honey, soy and freshly grated ginger. Excellent!
