Apologies to all who tried to e-mail me & couldn't. The e-mail address I put out on open forums & usenet is mckevinDELETE@russellks.net, the idea is that the automated spyders that the spammers use to troll forums just like this one will pick up the incorrect address & thus cut down on the amount of garbage I receive. If you delete the "DELETE", it works fine... It's an old usenet trick, but I guess that not everyone here is old ;)[p]Anyway, I'm going out on a limb & posting the email that I got from my dealer, with his permission, under the assumption that, since I'm not affiliated, it's not advertising.[p]I did notice, BTW that he is $10 cheaper than Cunningham Gas...[p]Sorry 'bout the confusion,

Hope you had a good Christmas.
Well the Nu-Temps have arrived.... the new wireless thermometers are
in: the basic unit - 1-transmiter and the base receiver are $59 for the
set, the extra transmitters are $39ea (can add up to 3 more) and all are
in stock. Also Nu-Temp has a really nice fork (that the others don't)
that is preprogramed with meat temps for each catagory and
simultaneously reads an accurate live temperature, as well as the forks
being made of stainless and being able to lift larger cuts of meat with
out breaking.
