Morning All:

a calzone or stromboli (depending on who you ask and since I don't remember which is which, then what the heck ;) )

I meant to take a picture of the dough Thursday night when we did the pizza, but forgot to, so here is some of the dough ready for "filling".

On mine I used some of the pizza sauce from Thursday night and added ground beef, sweet Italian sausage, some pulled pork with my BBQ sauce and slices of Asiago cheese.

Folded and sealed (not pretty, but who cares how it looks, more interested in the taste).
