I was reading your recipe for enchaladas and saw that you simmers your tortialls in the sauce before hand. Is this a must? My tortialls are already soft. I will be attempting this tonight.

  • Wardster,[p]You really do need to soften them up more even though they may seem soft out of the package. Once you start to fill and roll them up, they will crack and tear unless presoaked. Just a quick dip will do.[p]Mike
