I haven't even gotten my Egg yet and this Forum has proved its invaluable worth. I cogitated and further ruminated on your post about the cost, time and extraneous accerories involved in purchasing a Demo egg. Today found I could beat even the $699 price from another dealer. You were absolutely correct that I have no use for mates or nest if I am looking at tables. I owe you one. Thanks again.
