Was a favorite here for a long time and don't know what led me a stray but thanks to whoever posted one in the last few days.

These are great and really easy to cook with most meals



250 indirect about 1 1/2 hrs to 170 internal. Sometimes you forget the simple but great snacks.

Not yet but add them, scrambled eggs and hash browns and you have a balanced breakfast.

Put whatever you want in the fattie. I rolled one out flat 1/4" thick, spread some hash browns, tomato, onion peppers, cheese then rolled it into a log.

I cook a 2 pounder from Sam's every two weeks just to make pizza with, good stuff for sure.

We just tasted it tonight. With the other egg down till table is done just trying to throw things on when it's hot. Funny thing was when I got up my wife left a note for me,, Took one out of the freezer we can do the others later. I took it as a suggestion but think it was an order, Such is married life. :( :( :woohoo:
