12 hours- just broke through plateau!!

I am doing an 8.5 butt and i just broke through the plateau at 12 hours. MickyT's rings are awsome! They almost make it boring, as i am used to messing with things here and there during a long cook, but not this time. Piece of butt, 'er i mean cake!. Sorry, a few too many beers today. Thanks Mick, the rings are great.

    Hey Seth, I cooked a butt for 14 hours Friday night. It was my first one and, after an all night cook, it looked and tasted great. I slept through the majority of the cook. How much fun can a man have?
