First time in awhile since I did Beer can Chicken. Soaked it in salt water for 6 hours and applied lemon pepper, seasoning salt and Mrs. Dash. Cooked it high in the dome at 350* for 90 minutes. It came out just perfect. Very moist and fall off the bone.
