dome temp for simmering?

Thinking about making tomato sauce on the egg.
What is a good dome temp for simmering?

    325-350 (indirect) is the temp i use for simmering chili, sausage & peppers, ham and beans, etc.

    should work for you.

    I think we simmered this spaghetti sauce around 350, probly could be less, depends on how long you want to simmer of course :)
