which way is the best way to do ribs and pork loin

I do ribs indirect - low and slow....

I do ribs indirect with drip pan 225-250F 5-6 hours. Pork loin indirect 350 15-20 minutes/pound sometimes stuff them, pull at 140-145F. Let rest 15-20 minutes.

When I get pork loin, I cut it into thick, boneless chops and cook direct.
roasts in general I cook indirect.
