E2K Beer Brewing and Taste Update

As u know by now Cornfed and I put 2 bottles of the E2K nector in the fridge for the saturday taste test...and might I say...we are very impressed!
COrnfed poured his bottle in his glass...not much of a head, but taste is well! I poured mine in a glass and had a full head! Both have nice pale ale colors and aromas, but need a bit more carbonation(as we saw from cornfed's) BUT we do have a little over a month, which should facor out the inconsistancy of carbonation in the bottles, and by that time they will be up to our standards!
The EGGFEST2000 STOUT will be transferred into the secondary today...so far so good.
Can't wait to pop one open with ya'll at E2K!
