My Uncle Jack

Has been lurking here for a few months. He bought a demo egg from Eggs by the Bay. He was going on vacation so I brought it home for him. I think he was more excited about his new egg than going on vacation. I set it up for him and he is coming home tonight.


He has a nice built in Gasser that we all know will now be an expensive place to store the Plate setter and extra grills as it will rarely if ever be used again-

With some minor modifications that gasser could be removed and a custom egg station could be born. Might even sell the gasser on craigslist or ebay and buy another egg :laugh: :silly: Uncle Jack probably will figure that out on his own :woohoo:
