Here's how to make use of a large BGE for just one person.




Egg @400°
Fries ~20 mins.
Chili ~10 mins.
Hotdogs till burnt.

Like your half moon disposable grid. I have a couple of those sheets myself. I cut one in a full circle, and still have the other. Maybe I will copy your idea.

I just bought that today. It worked out well. Just laid the grid over aluminum. Marked it with a sharpie and cut with scissors. I think that I will be able to get a couple of uses from it before I need to dispose of it.
