Spares Done In 4 Hrs

So, Ive got company to feed at 6pm, and guestimated the spares at 6 hrs, into the cooler, and then 2 500° chickens after that. OOPS! that's what I get for trying to do math. The ribs were done at 4 hrs, didn't even have time to use the Blues Hog for the last hour. But they do look good, yes?
So they'll be foiled and in the cooler for 3 hrs. Never did that with ribs before, Hope they don't turn to mush. Do I need to worry ?

Sounds fast - have you checked the dome thermometer?

Sometimes you get "turbo ribs". I guess it depends on the amount of fat on the rack. They won't turn mushy at all unless they were put in mushy. You'll be fine. Good luck on the chickens!(more chick pics too!)

Havent tried that but I have wrapped in foil with a little apple juice for 20 min to reheat and came out great.

Yep, but it was a few months ago. Haven't had any surprises with any other cooks though. Seems to be right on.
