Spares Done In 4 Hrs

So, Ive got company to feed at 6pm, and guestimated the spares at 6 hrs, into the cooler, and then 2 500° chickens after that. OOPS! that's what I get for trying to do math. The ribs were done at 4 hrs, didn't even have time to use the Blues Hog for the last hour. But they do look good, yes?

So they'll be foiled and in the cooler for 3 hrs. Never did that with ribs before, Hope they don't turn to mush. Do I need to worry ?
