(Edit of the first post - I keep losing my photos - I think the resolution was too high - hopefully it is now corrected.)

Did lots of cooking this weekend - it was the end of a vacation week so I had time to experiment. One night I cooked smoked sausage and chicken breats. We didn't come anywhere near eating it all, so I decided it was time for some pizza.
My wife bought some ready made whole wheat crusts and some jar sauce (I know - lazy - but it is actually pretty good.)
Sliced up the sausage and the chicken and grated some parmesan cheese to mix with mozarella...

Family said it was some of the very best pizza they ever ate! Tonight I'm going to take about 2 pounds of leftover pork loin (somewhat dry) and chop it, put a bit of broth with it, put it in a pan and slow 'warm' it on the egg for a couple of hours at 250. I'll keep it moist with broth and maybe add some sauce near the end.

Egg on!
