Salmon, Scallops & a Fattie (Thanks reelgem)

Thanks for the recipe for rub...I used it on the fattie. We decided against the butts tonight, but I have plenty of the rub left for future use.

  • Well I typically don't cook a fattie with the seafood, but I had several people that do not eat any seafood. Used the fattie as an appetizer and ate the salmon and scallops for dinner. Everyone (those that ate seafood) loved everything
