Does anyone know how to roast garlic on the BGE? Any recipes, times, temps. would be appreciated.[p]Thanks

    NoleGirl,[p]Arrange garlic cloves snugly in an oven pan or dish, if very large cut garlic in half horizontally and drizzle with olive oil.Have BGE @400 degrees and place pan on grid and roast about 25 minutes. No peeking..lol..Use your judgement regarding time as determined by the size and amount of garlic you are doing...Hope this helps...nde
