<p />Tried Wardster's suggestion for my peppers...smoked them with a chunk of hickory at around 200° for a couple of hours, then into the dehydrator. Gotta get a coffee grinder (didn't have one, so tried food processor and blendor but neither works to get me a fine powder)...[p]When you're hot, you're hot....!

    Nice, very nice. I would go get one, they are pretty cheap and it's good for grinding up all kinds of spices.
    Try deseeding some and test the difference beween the two. Let me know how they come out.. I may plant some of my own.
