Beli's Sweet and spicy Salmon

We did this for dinner tonight and I was not expecting it to be so good! I usually don't associate sweet with fish but boy was it good. I used Sweet Baby Rays, Maple syrup, red pepper flakes and the shallots. I did not use the brown sugar as sweet B. R. is so sweet. We will do it again. Julie

Hi Julie,
Glad to hear that, we loved it too. We are going to see a good friend of mine in August, a Cordon Bleu Chef who moved down to Oaxaca and is doing this incredible native cuisine dishes in his Restaurant....will bring more new recipes and hope to post them here. All the best!!!
