OT: Shots from Chicago

Had a great trip with great food and nice sites. Had dinner at North Pond on Friday night, the sea bass was simply outstanding. Breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning at the Trump Tower where we stayed, the eggs benedict was the best I ever had. Lunch at the Shanghi Terrace on Saturday, you simply can't get that kind of cooking in Bham for sure. Finished off Saturday night at Rosebud with calamari and pasta to die for. Also met Kevin Costner on the elevator going up to the room. Nice guy. A few shots. First the looking up at the CornCob towers taken from the boat tour

I had the phone camera but felt it would have been rude. My wife did not know who he was until i told him he looked like KC. When he started talking to us she almost fainted. He was finishing up a movie with Johnnie Depp in Joliet south of Chicago.

Seriously the wonderful folks in Chi town have a sense of humour that is very close to Canadian. Do love that city.
