Did some scallops and steak. First time I tried a chimichurri sauce on beef. It was so good I've got the wife planting more cilantro and parsley:

Dave, you got a recipe for that chimichurri? I love the flavor of cilantro on just about anything!

I make up a jar of green chimichurri every couple of weeks or so...it goes great on steaks, burgers, eggs, etc.
