How many Ribs on a small?

Howdy Ya'll!!

I have a camping trip planned where I need to cook 4-5 slabs of ribs. I think I remember some one on here posting a pic of a grate that had spikes on it. So you could spiral (coil) the vertical slabs around the grate. How did that thing work and how many could you get on it? If I can't pack all the ribs on my small, I am going to have to use a water smoker. *cringe*. I am also thinking of cooking baby backs so I have more room.

You could possibly do 4 if you you rolled them like a jelly roll and they were trimmed St. Louis style.
