Molten Lava Cakes

First want to give a BIG THANK YOU! to all of you members who post to this fourum, I have been with my LBGE for about 5 weeks now, and thanks to all of your creativity and advice have managed some pretty great meals (okay, an occasional flop as well, like the pizza last week with the dough that didnt get cooked!).

Anyway, question today is, I say a recipe once for molten lava cakes in the egg, I think it was on the eggfest recipe site, which I cant get into, keeps saying I am not "authorized".

Any thoughts/recipe would be greatly appreciated! I thought these would go well with the ribs I will be putting on in a couple of hours!
