I tried your 500° chicken recipe last night. Fantastic. Didn't think it was right.... that's the same temp I use for pizza! But it worked perfectly. One hour exactly. The juciest chicken yet, and no rubbery skin! Sorry no pics, next time.

I have my egg heating now and just did a search for the 500 degree chicken. whole chicken, indirect, drip pan? Is this right? THANKS
