Am cooking a dozen legs today and figure indirect at 300° for 1 hour. Is that about right?

Bump that to 350 and take them to 190-195 internal, about 90 minutes, you'll get crispy skin and juicy tender meat. -RP

Like Randy said. The wings were only 15 min. quicker than the legs and both were pulled at 195 per his instructions. Also he told me about these hangers and they are less than $6 each but worth a lot more.

It was Home depot or Lowes. They were about $5:80 each and use them all the time. AZRP told me about them at the Ocala Egg fest.
