I've onwned my BGE less than a week, but have been scouting them for over 2 years. My 2nd official cook with my Bro, who's more experienced was a combo of BGE corn AND "Hotel steaks" from Alwan Meats (local meat co).
Every thing was AWESOME, but I cooked the corn too early so it came out a bit smoky. Give me time to warm up and learn the ropes & I hope to be a "Egular" . . .

Next time you do corn, don't shuck it and re wrap it. The best way is just put it on the grill without doing anything besides cutting the excess silk off the top, no soaking either. 40 minutes at 350 direct or indirect, if indirect, turn every 10 minutes. When ready to eat, shuck them and the silk just falls away. -RP
