I dont know who all knows this ,but if you get a roaring blaze going in your egg and that temp runs way past 750, you better calibrate your thermometer before the next cook. I re-calibrated mine last night after burning my felt seals up last week on a cook, and the thing was off 52 degrees, and yes I did calibrate it when I first got it a month ago. Just thought I,s pass that along.
