Pizza on a small?

Howdy all!
Jeeze...guess my large is gone. Gotta get a new Egg and figured with just me, and invited guest, the small is the way to go..Pizza was my absolute fab thing to do on my large..will the small accomodate such a task? Tell me YES! ;-)

    BBQBeth,[p]The Small is up to the task. You can get the temp to 525°F or a little higher and maintain it for a pie or two. You just have to establish, obviously, a ceramic mass setup to fit the small. Go to a ceramic supply shop and look for the right stuff.[p]I have done calzones and pizzas on the Small, though my preference is to use the Large.[p]Puj
