Used about a 1 pound of tomatillos 2 each of banana peppers, anaheim peppers , jalapenos and habaneros peppers, 3 cloves of roasted garlic, juice of 2 key limes, 1 tsp sugar , salt and pepper according to taste . Garnished with cilantro. Word of warning try it only if ure very brave or have a stomach of steel. Tasted awesome though........... The pablano peppers were for chile relleno pics to follow.
