Well I tried London Broil tonight, and the result was pretty good.

I let it get away a little bit so it came out more done than I normally would go for, but it was a good eat.

I used this recipe, and I liked the results.

As a side dish I made Keri's Hog-Apple Baked Beans, which recipe I found here.

The baked beans became the side dish by necessity, it was the one recipe I had on my "to try" list that I had all the ingredients for. I made it quite spicy, by adding the optional cayenne, next time might tone it down a hair.

Thanks to all again for the great advice and recipes.

Looks real good guy. If you like london broil this is what I do.

Marinate in olive oil, fresh garlic minced, salt & pepper, parsley, and GARLIC. Over night in a zip lock and wa la. Happy Egging
