Here's my Pizza Process (long post); Sauce (Part 2)
Welcome to Part 2 of Big-R's pizza: The Sauce[p]Sauce can be simple or as complicated as you have time and energy. With three active children, we opt for the simple.[p] 1 can Hunt's (or your favorite) tomato sauce
about 1 tsp oregano
about 1 tsp basil
about 1 Tbl olive oil
about 1 clove garlic (we used the minced in a jar). Simple remember.
1/4th cup finely chopped onions[p]Mix all together and simmer for 30 minutes. You can double the recipe and freeze the remainder. Keeps for about three weeks in the frig. We usually get two meals out of a single sauce recipe.[p]Randy
