Pork Tenderloin

Thought I would post the results of last nights cook. Marinated some pork tenderloin in a mixture of lemon and maply syrup and cooked at 350 for about 40 minutes along with some cherry wood. Paired it with some asparagus and white potatoes. The potatoes were mixed with evoo, dijon mustard, thyme and pepper and sat in foil on the grill for 50 minutes. The asparagus were mixed with a balsamic vinagrette, foiled and grilled for about 10 minutes. Got to love the egg I say!
