A big Egg weekend and an Egg first for me.

My brother in law flew into town Saturday from Iraq and he had never met My-Mistress (what my wife named my first Egg) or tasted her Eggmazing flavors! I had both Eggs large and small going Friday through Monday (life should always be this good) but I fried my first Egg gasket and did I fry it good. I was cooking pizza at 600+, drinking Mojitos and showing off all the Egg has to offer. Now I get to start the week off with learning a new skill, gasket replacement. Even with the fried gasket It was an amazing weekend and the food was outstanding, the Eggs were in their glory and having family and friends around to share it with was priceless. I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday.
