Hi all,
Newbie up in the Pacific Northwest...I going to smoke some beef ribs today. What temp and how long would you recommend?

I did these with a standard 3-1-1 method at around 275*:
End of first 3 hours:
Foiled for an hour:
Done after finishing one last hour:

Just pulled these but went for 3 1/2 - 1 - 1. They were great but think another 30 min in foil might have been better Jeffersonian's look great
Just before taking off and yes they were good

If your doing a whole rack then 5-6 hours indirect at 250 dome
