Help, St. Louis style Spare Ribs

Fixing to put on the ribs, indirect, What temp should I cook them on? Thanks

    Cooked some yesterday at around 210 degrees indirect for 4.5 hours. They were eggcellent but I think next time I will cut the baby backs from it and throw the rest away. A lot of fat and cartilage on the upper portion and not much meat.

    Doing 3 racks of spares along with 6 beef ribs. 250 dome about 5 1/2 hrs for the spares and a little longer (I think) for the beef ribs.
