We love Indian food, so we used some left over pulled pork to make the curried chicken (pork) recipe that can be found on a jar of Patak's Original Mild Curry Paste Concentrate For Sauces. Basically, a diced onion, a can of diced tomatoes, 4 tablespoons of the concentrate and then as much pulled pork as you think is necessary. Umm, nice smoky Indian curry! [p]TNW
