Got a brisket, butts and ribs this morning after I sent wife and kids to Florida with in-laws. (Small business, I stay home to work and egg!)Brisket is 7.5 hrs. in (my first) and is happily @153 deg.

Will do ribs tomorrow, butts Mon. or Tue. - they are gone so I am on vacation.

Speaking of family, please hug on yours, a local singer songwriter/ good guy tragically lost his youngest daughter and she was laid to rest today.
