Boneless vs. Bone-In Pork Butts?

I'm going to be doing a couple of pork butts this weekend. In the past, I have always bought them from Costco and they have always been boneless. This time I bought them from Sam's Club and they are bone-in.

My questions are what differences should I expect in terms of cooking time, technique, taste, etc?

Thanks to all you eggsperts, and don't forget to remember the meaning of Memorial Day.

They are going to take longer, but I think the flavor will be better. I like big butts. :woohoo:

I prefer the overall flavor of the bone in pork butt. It will take a smidge longer, but it's worth it IMO...
