cooking on a mini need to fix dinner for 5 anybody have any ideas?

A nice pork tenderloin cooks up pretty quickly...cook it at 375 for 40 minutes or so or until internal temp is 170...baste it with BBQ sauce...the guests will love it

i agree. pork tenderloin works well on the mini. below is one of my favorites. the potatoes are to die for. total prep and cook time

Kim, I would agree with pork tenderloin, but 170 is going to be pretty dry. I pull them at 145 internal. -RP

I actually pull my pork tenderloin at 155 but wife insists hers goes to 170....it isn't dry but not as juicy either... -
