Hello all. You were a big help last Sunday when I cooked my first meal on my egg (ribs was what you all sugested and you were correct.) My son, not a big rib eater, wants them tonight but wife and daughter want hamburger, hot dogs etc. I thought I would do the Ga hotwings too. How is my question. Do I do the wings first and then serve as appetizer and then bring the fire temp up?
Junk food night in south Georgia. I have 3 young men from son's college here from yankee land they are eating us out of house and home.
Thanks.

I'd do the wings as appetizer like you said then throw on the burgers and such. I'm sure they'll eat it in any order and in large amounts so probably won't matter much  .
