Same seasoning that I use Southern Flavor BBQ and Garlic seasoning
90sec per side
Let rest for 20min. Egg temp 400* 5mi per side.
They were not as tender as they were Hot Tubed! Thats My opinion.

What temperature do you sear your steaks? I am guessing around 550 to 600. I like the fact that they have a great sear mark, but are not burnt. Gotta love the cast iron grate.

I surrender and raise the white flag. Your steaks look great. I can't eat as much steak as you guys do--you win, man! I was looking at the photo library, and it's been a consistent once-a-week thing! You are definitely the ribeye steak champ!
I will be cooking some chucks (albeit not on the BGEs) and a brisket today, so I guess that I'm still in the beef category for now, but you are the steak king here!
