Need Bacon Recipe

Just bought some pork belly. Need directions on how to smoke it so I can cut it into bacon strips. Any help would be appreciated!

    google pork belly bacon. then ping azrp and nature boy who have recommended the book chartucherie [mis spelled] i bought but have not looked at it yet. if you get stuck i can read that section and let you know.
