Thank you to those of you who responded to my post on the 26th regarding my disappointing results with pork chops on my large BGE. I tried them again tonight and they turned out much better - great in fact. I used Butt Rub for seasoning and squeezed the juice of one lime over them. Brought the temp of my new Mini up to 550 degrees cooked them 2/2/4 (these were not as thick as the ones I did on the 26th). Fresh asparagus, apple sause and fresh sliced tomatoes with Yellow Tail Chardoney to wash it down - uuuuummmm good!
