I received the June/July issue of Fine Cooking yesterday and in my quick review I noticed that there are several barbeque related recipes including reference to charcoal. There is even a section devoted to cooking ribs(although perhaps not up to the same high standard found in this forum!). I did see a recipe for a grilled prosciutto wrapped chicken breast stuffed with mozarella cheese and basil that I may try. However, it will have to wait as the long weekend is soon upon us here in Canada and I am being forced to take time away from the egg.
